• If applicants do not get their visa approved before their travelling dates and applicants need to change or reschedule their itinerary in that situation our agency is not responsible for any charges incurred in that process.
• Schengen visa appointment booking fee is non refundable.
• Our agency provides schengen visa application appointment service in relevant embassies or authorized third party vendors to which embassy has outsourced their visa process work partners.
• If applicant contact us and paid for visa appointment service fee online then we come to know that applicant has been already registered in visa appointment portal online in that situation appointment fee is not non refundable and we inform applicant immediately for more details.
• Flight booking and hotel booking charges are also non refundable if applicant wants to cancel this service after paying fee online.
• Re appointment a charge are applicable, if any applicant misses the appointment, reaches late, and wants to change to another date without attending appointment that was booked already.
• If applicant hide any information that is required in order to book appointment online in embassy and face any problem related to visa category or documents preparation then our agency is not responsible for any consequences occurred on appointment date.
• We recommend all applicants that they should carry all relevant documents to visa centre on appointment date in order to submit their schengen visa application. They must follow appointment check list that we send to applicants via emails.
• If applicant already made appointment to any embassy himself/herself and did not inform us about that and after checking online our team find out that applicant has one appointment booked in advance and now wants to take earlier available dates, in that situation first appointment date has to be cancelled in order to get new appointment date. In case applicant wants to stop the process and demand for refund then we could not offer any refund.
• Appointment date showing up in the online appointment booking form is actually your expected date for appointment.We request the same date to the embassy for appointment confirmation. Therefore there is a possibility that you may not get the exact appointment date that you selected on the appointment booking form online in our website.
• If any applicant could not get the appointment after paying the fee in the same embassy then an appointment will be confirmed with another Schengen embassy. If the applicant wants to stop the process then the candidate can take the appointment later during the running year but no refund will be offered as per our refund policy.
• Any appointment that is available on the earliest date with the embassy will be considered as an urgent appointment. Any appointment date is available after a week later from the urgent appointment date that will be considered as a normal appointment.

• If a customer raises a refund request for any reason in email after 24 hours then we offer 50% of the paid fee online on our website.
• If we could not provide the service (appointment) within the 30 days timeline then we offer 50% of the paid fee online on our website.

Special note: Fee payment validity- (Fee is valid for 12 Months) If any customer pay the fee online and could not use our service or if we could not provide our appointment service because of unavailability of service with embassies then the fee will be remain valid for 12 months from the date of payment.Customer can inform and get our service any time during the running year.
